blu Cigs Warranty – 1 Year Limited Warranty
The following paragraph details the 1 year limited blu Cigs Warranty:
BLEC LLC warrants for a period of one year, from the original purchase date, that the pack, chargers & batteries included are free from material defects & workmanship. If material is found to be defective the sole liability from blu is to repair or replace with a factory recertified product. If there is dissatisfaction or damage arising from use of our product, you agree the only recourse & maximum liability may be repair or replacement of your product. This warranty is provided in lieu of all express or implied warranties including merchantability & fitness warranties unless these warranties are required by law. If such warranties are required they will apply only during the warranty period. For more information visit blu Cigs customer service. The warranty does not apply to cartridges or if the product is used with non blu certified or approved products, used for commercial purposes, damaged by wear & tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, modified or tampered with or any other cause other than defective material or workmanship.

What Does the blu Cigs Warranty Cover?
The blu cigs one year warranty covers all components other than the cartridges. This includes Packs, chargers and batteries and is valid for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. When making a warranty claim you must include proof of purchase and an RMA form together with the product under warranty.
My Item is not Working. Will blu Cigs Replace it?
If your product is under warranty then the general answer is yes. Conditions do apply and you should consult your manual. As long as the item in question is covered by the warranty and you can supply proof of purchase showing the warranty is still valid and that the device was not used outside of its intended use then is should be able to be replaced under the 1 year blu Cigs warranty.
