Electronic Cigarette Cartridge Troubleshooting
Better Vapor Production with blu Cigs Cartridges
Low vapor production with a blu Cigs electronic cigarette cartridge can be caused by several issues. The most common issue is a drained or weak battery. Try the same cartridge on a fully charged e-cig battery and see if the problem persists. If you are still not getting the expected vapor product after changing the electronic cigarette battery ensure all the seals have been removed from the cartridge and that you are not smothering the intake holes located between the cartridge and battery. If the problem still persists after following all these steps you could have a slightly faulty cartridge. If you try another cartridge with the same battery and have the same issue the problem could be battery related. If this is the case take a clean dry q-tip and gently clean the inside of the battery where the cartridge screws in.
Hot Electronic Cigarette Cartridges
Over use or abuse can cause the electronic cigarette cartridge to become hot. If this happens put the electronic cigarette down for a few minutes and monitor your use moving forward.
Removing Stuck Electronic Cigarette Cartridges
If your cartridge is stuck on the battery and cannot be unscrewed then you may need to use pliers to gently unscrew the cartridge from the battery. Be careful to not place the pliers on the battery and only the cartridge. Once you have freed the cartridge from the battery discard it and do not use it. Always try not to screw the cartridge onto the battery too hard. The cartridge does not need to be excessively screwed onto the battery and should only be screwed onto the battery and stop at the first feeling of resistance.
Older Blu Electronic Cigarette Cartridges
Leaking or Dripping with Old Blu Electronic Cigarette Cartridges
Typically this was an issue with the old blu cartridges but you should not see this same issue with the new blu 1 piece cartridge. If you have experienced leaking or dripping you should wipe away any residue liquid and avoid exposing it to your mouth or skin and leave the cartridge, unscrewed from the battery, for 5 minutes and try it again. If the problem happens again then stop using that particular blu electronic Cigarette cartridge and dispose of it.
