What Countries Does blu Ship to?
We currently offer blu Cigs shipping to all customers within the US who are 18 years of age or above. In July 2011 we will be shipping to customers based in Canada, EU, Australia and many others. Check back with us periodically for additional countries if your country is not on this list. Note that countries like Canada do not allow us to send products with nicotine, only non-nicotine flavors are allowed.
Who Does blu Cigs Use to Ship?
Free blu Cigs shipping is supplied by the United States Postal Service through UPS-carrier. UPS-carrier allows us to shorten shipping times where possible and offer a more streamlined shipping process while still using USPS. All paid shipping is provided by UPS.
How Long Does blu Cigs Shipping with UPS Take?
At blucigs.com we offer free e cigarette shipping via USPS and expedited shipping via UPS. As part of our paid shipping options we offer UPS Ground which takes up to 5 days. Express Saver which takes up to 3 days. 2 Day shipping which takes up to 2 days. Overnight shipping and Overnight Priority which means it will arrive by 10am the following day (only on weekday orders). Overnight shipping is only applicable on weekdays. Weekday overnight orders must be ordered by 3pm EST in order to guarantee that it will be received the following day, excluding Friday. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be received the following Monday.
How Long Does Free E Cigarette Shipping Take?
Free electronic cigarette shipping which is supplied by USPS to the continental US can take up to 8 days to send to the West Coast, up to 5 days for Central US, and up to 3 days for orders to the East Coast. There are no guarantees for USPS shipping times and these ranges are merely meant as a guide.
Do You Need to Sign for a Package When it’s Shipped?
No signature is needed on either USPS or UPS shipping from blucigs.com.
Does UPS ID You When They Deliver blu Cigs?
No ID is required for blu Cigs shipments.
Processing and Tracking Orders
When do You get a Tracking Number for Your Shipment?
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email outlining what you have ordered and confirming that your order was placed. Once the warehouse has charged your order and packed it then you will receive another email notifying you that your order is being shipped and this email will contain a tracking number.
I Can’t Track My Order at Fedex.com, My Tracking Number Says Invalid. What’s Wrong?
Make sure you are not using your order number instead of the tracking number. Also make sure that your order was sent via Fedex and not USPS. If this does not solve you problem it could be that your order has not landed at Fedex yet so the tracking number is not active. Give it up to 24hours and try again. If you are still having problems with your blu Cigs shipping, please contact UPS directly or blu customer service.
